I promise you, these are just as tasty – dare I say, if not MORE tasty – as a traditional s’mores. And they are baked in the oven so no open flame needed for these so less of a hassle and less of a mess than the real thing. My kids love how they can make these themselves and you can also fill your cones with a variety of mix-in’s if you want to deviate from the traditional marshmallows/chocolate/graham cracker flavor combo. These are perfect for summer nights when everyone is in the mood for a fun little something special and they couldn’t be easier to make. This might just be your new favorite way to s’mores!


S’mores Cones
Ingredients
- 4 Ice Cream Cones
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Mini Marshmallows
- 1/4 cup Crushed Graham Crackers to Garnish (optional)
- 4 Chocolate Pieces to Garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- Place ice cream cones in muffin pan cavities
- Fill cones 3/4 to the top of cones with chocolate chips (approximately 1/4 c per cone)
- Fill the rest of the cone with mini marshmallows, being sure to pile them high over the top of the cone (approximately 1/4 c per cone)
- Bake for 7 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown
- Pull cones from the oven and immediately top with crushed graham crackers and a chocolate piece (optional)
- Enjoy immediately or wrap in tin foil to keep warm
