Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
Place ice cream cones in muffin pan cavities
Fill cones 3/4 to the top of cones with chocolate chips (approximately 1/4 c per cone)
Fill the rest of the cone with mini marshmallows, being sure to pile them high over the top of the cone (approximately 1/4 c per cone)
Bake for 7 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown
Pull cones from the oven and immediately top with crushed graham crackers and a chocolate piece (optional)
Enjoy immediately or wrap in tin foil to keep warm
