When you’re wondering what to do with all of that leftover Halloween candy – enter: CANDY COOKIE CAKE! This cookie cake base is so delicious and the addition of the Halloween candy flavors just puts it over the top.



Candy Cookie Cake
When you’re looking for something to do with all of that leftover Halloween candy – candy cookie cake to the rescue!

Materials
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter Melted
- 1 cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Eggs Room Temperature
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 3.4 oz Instant Pudding Mix Vanilla
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Chopped Chocolate Candies
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 cup Flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Prepare 10” round baking pan by spraying with baking spray. Set aside.
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt butter.
- In a large bowl, add melted butter and dark brown sugar and whisk together until smooth.
- Beat in eggs one at a time then mix in vanilla extract.
- Add in pudding mix, salt and baking soda and mix until combined.
- Add flour and gently mix until just incorporated.
- Add in chocolate chips and chopped candy and fold in gently.
- Press dough into prepared baking pan and press down to create an even layer.
- If you’d like, add extra candies on top then bake for 28-30 minutes or until edges begin turning golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely then remove cookie cake from pan.
- Optional: add frosting to perimeter of cookie cake and finish by garnishing with additional candies.
