Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare 10” round baking pan by spraying with baking spray. Set aside.
In a microwave safe bowl, melt butter.
In a large bowl, add melted butter and dark brown sugar and whisk together until smooth.
Beat in eggs one at a time then mix in vanilla extract.
Add in pudding mix, salt and baking soda and mix until combined.
Add flour and gently mix until just incorporated.
Add in chocolate chips and fold in gently.
Press dough into prepared baking pan and press down to create an even layer.
Before baking add your chocolate candy bunnies. In sets of 3 chocolate candies, place one laying down and 2 on their sides to create the “ears”. Add as many bunnies as you’d like!
Bake 25 minutes or until edges are slightly brown and toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool completely then remove cookie cake from pan.
Optional: add frosting to perimeter of cookie cake
