Microwave the peanut butter for about 30 seconds, or until slightly softened and easy to stir.
In a bowl, combine the warmed peanut butter with the remaining ingredients (except the chocolate chips). Stir until fully incorporated and smooth.
Fold in the chocolate chips and mix until evenly distributed. Place in fridge for about an hour so your “dough” can set up.
Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy.
