Edible Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 c Almond Flour + 2 tbsp
  • 2 tbsp Almond Milk
  • 2 tbsp Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 c Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Microwave the peanut butter for about 30 seconds, or until slightly softened and easy to stir.
  • In a bowl, combine the warmed peanut butter with the remaining ingredients (except the chocolate chips). Stir until fully incorporated and smooth.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips and mix until evenly distributed. Place in fridge for about an hour so your “dough” can set up.
  • Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy.
