Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Sprinkle the fajita seasoning evenly over the chicken, then pour the salsa on top, making sure the chicken is well coated.
Cover with the lid and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and fork-tender.
Halfway through cooking, add peppers, onion, and lime on top.
Once done, remove the chicken and place it on a cutting board. Slice into strips or shred with two forks.
Return the chicken to the slow cooker and stir everything together so it’s coated in the flavorful juices.
Optional: Garnish with cilantro, avocado, sour cream, or anything else of your choice! Enjoy!
